July 3, 2023Very nice location with lots of stores near by. Quite place for families with young kids. It is also a good place for retired people. Good public schools nearby. The best thing here is the maintenance manger, Roger. He is very friendly and responsive with decades of experience. When something goes wrong in the apartment, Roger is there to get things back up and running like a new apartment. Honestly, the apartment headquarter needs to get him more people to make him have some breaks. He looks ...too busy whenever I see him. Gabby is also very friendly and professional person in the office. I haven't much interacted with her, but I feel she is very professional and knowledgeable. She will answer your questions and help you if you need any. Some notes: the facility is pet friendly, it can be painful if you are allergic to pets. If you love pets, then this is the best place you can get in the area.Property Manager Responded

October 30, 2018My family arrived at Renaissance Place in 2003. The location of the complex is perfect from any point of view. Close to any shopping carrier like Target, Wegmans, Walmart and small shopping mall. The arrangement of the complex is the best for the area. During the 15 years that my family has spent here, our impression from the complex itself, the neighborhood and the staff have been more then perfect. For western New York area, as very important issue is how you service the winter . For all ...these years the cleaning of snow starts at 6 am and and by 8 am everyone has open access to the road. the technique in the apartment is in good condition and if at any moment even during the weekend, a problem arise, it is resolved with in the next few hours. So I wish to express mine and my families gratitude to the technical staff which is Roger and Matt and especially the chief manager Maggie. It is the reason that we have stayed 15 years here.Property Manager Responded
