Poor Management
May 17, 2025lot of promises that go unfulfilled. Place has ancient apartment finishes and many issues that they do not fix. Impossible to get maintenence to fix certain issues. All while they increase your rent each year by over 20%! Nice pool though.Review from Apartments.com

Pay A Lot of Money to Be Treated Like a Child
September 28, 2022The apartment itself is beautiful and spacious. The building and the new management are horrible. Continuously sending out emails and rules chiding the residents, while they themselves don't bother to keep the hallways and buildings clean. Some of the recent emails have stated that they will throw out your delivery if it is found at the entrances - they want you to have it delivered to the concierge office, which would require you to walk outside, defeating the purpose of delivery. They are now ...trying to charge you a fee if you do not pick up your packages from the package room within 48 hours - in a building full of people who work long hours at the hospital and don't necessarily have time to pick up packages immediately. None of this was stated when we signed the lease here. Many people live here because it allows large dogs - and they then let their dogs go to the bathroom in the hallways and elevators and don't clean it up. The building has been doing major construction for months and not cleaning up after themselves, so the hallways are filled with dust and debris. This is supposed to be "luxury" living - it's a college dorm. If you are above the age of 22, don't live here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Bad handling of flood situation
September 7, 2021The building experienced severe flooding on 9/2. The residents were not warned that the garage had flooded previously, so everyone's cars were completely destroyed. The management promised to pay for us to stay in a hotel, but just told us that they actually won't reimburse us, even though we could not access the building for 3 days. Overall, I was happy with the apartment until this situation, but they have not handled it well at all.Property Manager Responded

In regard to your hotel stay, the on-site team at the shelter stated that you should hold on to your receipts from your stay so you can submit it to your renter?s insurance for reimbursement.
