I had a stove that the burner was intermittent. Extremely Disappointed – Cushman & Wakefield Needs to Step In
May 30, 2025Living at Renaissance Villas Apartments in Las Vegas has been nothing short of frustrating and exhausting. From the start, things were a mess. I moved in through a roommate takeover that took months to complete because of poor communication from the front office. Even after my roommate moved out, her name stayed on the lease for two more months — a clear sign of mismanagement. About a month ago, I received a rude, aggressive call from the on-site manager, Rosie, demanding I move my car ...immediately for unannounced construction. She told me I had one hour or my car would be towed. There was no warning, no signage, no prior notice. I had to leave work — losing hours — just to rush home. When I returned within 30 minutes, they were already tearing up the sidewalk and concrete was flying all over my car. I reported the incident to Cushman & Wakefield and was told the district manager would follow up. That call never came. No accountability. No professionalism. Today, they’re doing construction in the unit below mine. I walked into my apartment to find it filled with chemical fumes so strong it gave me a headache and made me nauseous. I have a 2-year-old daughter, and we received zero notice. This is dangerous and completely unacceptable. Inside the apartment: • The paint on the cabinets constantly peels. • Appliances malfunction and are just patched up instead of replaced. • The shower paint is peeling, revealing what looks like black mold — likely just painted over to hide it. • The pool looked like a swamp when we moved in, with ducks swimming in it and a horrid smell for weeks. There is no communication, no care, and no accountability from Rosie or the on-site team. Cushman & Wakefield needs to get involved because residents — especially families — are suffering from this mismanagement and neglect.Property Manager Responded
