December 16, 2023Been here two years and not happy with how things started off. I had a list of things wrong with the apartment and when reaching out I was pushed off with a promise that everything was going to be re modeled within six months of moving here which was a lie. Nothing was ever re modeled then with new maintenance they told me go ahead and put in maintenance orders which they've got to in a timely manner. The gym isn't 24hrs and not updated with keyless entry as promised in the beginning as well. ...They barley got the pool opened and even being opened it was closed often for cleaning. April 28, 2023If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Maintenance is no help. They refuse to address problems in the home and/or just saying they can’t do anything because it’s an “old building”. There are bugs everywhere all the time. The Leasing Office is no help with anything. There are constant floods of waste water in the apartments which do not clean up, they make you clean them yourself. There are no locks on the Main Doors so anyone could come in and do anything (which they have) They come in the ...buildings and go through packages and with the ones they don’t want they throw in the trash bins in the laundry room. And they are doing nothing to help. So save yourself the trouble, and save your piece of mind and DO NOT move here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

May 9, 2022Maintenance requests are addressed in a timely matter, sure, but any issues brought to attention were given the true “renters touch”. Painting over mold, turning off the “clean filter light” on the A/C rather than actually cleaning or replacing the filter. And don’t even get me started on the Management. I just want to Thank Samantha for my smooth transition from a big house to an apartment. Samantha made me feel so welcomed from the moment I walk into the office and made get laugh. I felt her compassion for her job She made me feel safe and secure about moving into an apartment complex.. March 8, 2021There are roaches in the apartment, squirrels in the ceiling, giant flies in the summer time and all goes without answer from management. The management staff here are extremely rude. The maintenance team does absolutely NOTHING to keep complex clean. This complex could be outstanding if they would get rid of all the staff and start over fresh.Property Manager Responded

August 29, 2018We’ve been living here for the last 2 years and recently resigned for new lease. Since that time 3 others have moved out of our building and we’ve had a huge infestation of roaches. Called management and they had an exterminator out to spray kitchen and bathroom but now seeing roaches in every room. The fridge has been leaking for months and they keep coming out with temp fixes instead of replacing it. Have an issue with the bathtub paint chipping and have called 3x about it but no one has come ...out yet. The rooms are large and love the closet space but seriously considering breaking lease due to pests. Also, kitchen is old.
