We really enjoyed our time at the Renaissance City Center apartments. The property is really well kept and maintained and management is responsive. We especially enjoyed our unit which faces the courtyard and pool, it is significantly quieter than the units facing the busy streets. I would recommend anyone live here!

Ive lived in this building for a little over a year and a half (with extreme familiarity with it prior to moving in, as my best friends also live here) and there has been an apparent and drastic change for the better since the change in management personnel. I am barely a new tenant who has lived at Renaissance at City Center for about 6 months now. In my opinion, I can state without any hesitation that both the management and maintenance staff have demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism in every which way I can think of. Whether it be assistance with the lease, clarification of rules and regulations that you may not have paid attention to, that would save you a penalty, prompt communication, a missed package delivery and great service ...
at all times. I also can say that living here is like being in a resort with all amenities intact, functional and maintained with utmost care. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for either a short or long term lease.
