June 30, 2020I am barely a new tenant who has lived at Renaissance at City Center for about 6 months now. In my opinion, I can state without any hesitation that both the management and maintenance staff have demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism in every which way I can think of. Whether it be assistance with the lease, clarification of rules and regulations that you may not have paid attention to, that would save you a penalty, prompt communication, a missed package delivery and great service ...at all times. I also can say that living here is like being in a resort with all amenities intact, functional and maintained with utmost care.
