      I have been at Renaissance for 2 years and love it here. Amenities have been upgraded since I have moved in. The management staff seems to always work to improve the product; the gym equipment has been replaced, the apartment signs are new, the landscaping is always nice, they even added some new stone walkways around the community so that you can walk the property in the shade. It seems at least once a month there is a resident engagement opportunity. I love these as it allows me to engage with ...
      neighbors that I would normally not see. Maintenance requests are completed quickly and with care. I don't have any complaints about my stay here at Renaissance at North Bend.
