Peaceful and welcoming
July 28, 2025The community is quiet, the amenities are great, & the staff has been kind and helpful. It’s been a comfortable place to call home. Maintenance is timely, and there are lots of beautiful trees if you enjoy nature. My dogs love it here too, there are plenty of friendly pet owners around. I love the spacious layout, the location is super convenient, and the overall aesthetic of the property is nice. I appreciate how easy it’s been to settle in. Great place
July 3, 2024Its great living at the Renata I was a tenant for 8 years and only bad thing I had ever experienced was no notice when pool was closed and some roaches. The manger was great Ashley and always helpful when I need assistance. Maintenace was always quick to fix a situation. To be honest I miss it there it was great price and convenient to all sides of town.Property Manager Responded

Yes its cheap, still not worth it
September 23, 2020Attempted to charge me a bunch of extra fees after moveout. Additionally, they purposefully tried to obfuscate these fees by adding and then subtracting approximately a half a dozen different various fees on my account, which made it difficult to see what I was actually being charged for. I called and left a voice mail asking for a clear explanation of these fees. They never responded. Ended up having to pay over $100 that was never fully explained. August 21, 2019***SAVE YOUR MONEY DON'T APPLY HERE*** They use an outsourced background check service that isn't accurate for credit and and other background material. I had a terrible experience with them and ultimately I was given the run around and had to pay non refundable fees just to be embarrassed by false reports. Be Careful
January 19, 2019My wife an I have been living here for just over a year now, and so far I have been pulling teeth with management, and maintenance for basic amenities. The unit is constructed poorly with the floor separating from the walls just about in every room, with wall outlets working half of the time and a sagging foundation that locks doors shut. The maintenance people are constantly changing out and are therefore under trained. An example of this is when just recently we requested for our hot water ...looked at (again for the 5th or more time) because it lasts for 10 mins or less and we have a baby on the way. When help arrived a few weeks later nothing happened except quick troubleshooting. The maintenance man concluded an electrical issue was causing the hot water heater to tripped and reset after some time, this is fine because it seemed like progress was on the way, but then he began to brag about how he just installed a water heater in a different unit and that he didn't understand the wiring having three wires vs two. I've been studying electrical engneering for a few years and kindly began to explain why some equipment uses three wires besides two, he quickly became offended/dejected and changed his story of the AC system having four wires now, I noticed he was trying to save face, so I told him, "in a nutshell its for safty" and quickly changed the subject to something he would likely know more about. Ultimately this ended up him lying to us about more help coming by, we still have the same problem to this day, the hot water issue began about three months ago. Before this unpleasant visit, we talked to the main office in person and over the phone multiple times, only to have them 'forget' us completly multiple times. Thanks, Kati. Neglect seems to be the way things work here, air filter changing is ignored, work orders are marked as complete when they have not been, told to me from the main office themselves, and staff frequently saying no one was home when we are, often we try to coordinate our schedule with them but they ignore it and arrive just as were leaving when right when they are closing for the day, and this is all still the tip of the ice burg. We had an enormous mold problem near the front door that grew because no one would show up, and when it was 'fixed' the wood was replaced by a splintery plank that is risky to handle without injury. This isn't worth the price they charge for. All this happing with new management already taken over.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

July 25, 2018THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE TO LIVE!!!! MAINTANANCE NEVER COMES TO YOUR PLACE NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU CALL AND REQUEST SERVICE ORDERS. THE TWO SWIMMING POOLS HAVE BEEN CLOSED ALLLLL SUMMER LONG WITH CHAINS AND LOCKS. THE OFFICE ALWAYS SAYS THEY'RE WORKING ON THEM YET YOU NEVER SEE ANYONE CARE.
