    Overall I think it’s a great place to live , everyone I’ve met or had a conversation with is so genuine . It’s conveniently in town so anything you need is within a 5 min drive ! I highly recommend to anyone looking for a small space to live a simple life !

    Render is a luxurious community that caters to the needs of it's tenants. I love the environment, the events, and the amenities. Every time I walk around the neighborhood I feel so grateful that we walked into the leasing office that day 1 year ago.

    Render apartment complex is an awesome place to live. They really care about you. And care about how the property looks. If you have any issues at all they respond quickly! I would recommend anyone to live here you will love it They always have fun events thru out the month that you can do. I absolutely love it here.

    Render Covington is a great place to call home. I've been here 2 weeks and so far love everything about it, from first touring the apartment complex with their knowledgeable and very friendly staff to the application process, to moving in.     I love living at Render: the community is wonderful, the amenities are great and they work hard to keep things clean in spite of the size of the community. The community events are wonderful and I have made several wonderful friends since moving in. The walking trails are great, and you can walk to the grocery, the pharmacy and a restaurant. I would recommend this community to anyone!
