I currently live here, the rent is going up which would make sense if they were any real updates to these units. My unit is not only tiny, but the walls are paper thin, there's no fan above my stove, my stove is an ancient piece of crap that smokes when I turn it on, the ac that they give you doesn't cool the whole apartment, only directly Infront of it, my mail has been stolen more than a few times, and this really isn't a part of town you want to live if you care about your car. My car has been ...

broken into 4 times that I know of. One of which after I found burnt foil in my car. When I looked at this place the assistant property manager reassured me that because we are near a hospital, the parking is pretty safe.. it's not...if you enjoy privacy and wish to have proper amenities for the price I suggest you don't rent here.

The apartments are super small for what you pay for. The appliances are really old and outdated. Idk how any of the tenants even pass the background checks because when I lived here I lived by multiple sketchy people and drug dealers. Not worth your safety! You can spend your money at a better place !
