June 25, 2025Do yourself a favor and make sure to inspect your apartment before signing the lease. The pictures are nice but beware these apartments are terrible. We’ve had a broken window since the day we moved in and with a toddler running around this place is unsafe. Their “fix” was to put masking tape over it and not respond for months when I’ve asked multiple times when it’ll get fixed. Had to call the police department on a man outside the door without pants on as I walked my child out. Smells so bad in ...the hallways because people smoke outside their doors. Walking in an ashtray up to your third floor apartment is fun… Not. If I could give this place negative points, I would. Please do yourself a favor and spend a few hundred extra for a nicer place. August 23, 2024I don't ever recommend anyone to move here they only care what you have in your apartment even if it's not clutter that's all they care about I used to like living here but not no more they should only worry if they get the rent money or not I've live d here 20 years and never had a pry til they changed management which again only cares about what you have in your apartment they are the worst ever in Brunswick Ohio to live inProperty Manager Responded

Can hear EVERYTHING
April 30, 2024It is affordable. But if you’re a person who wants privacy, you’re not gonna Get it here. You can hear everything in these paperthin wall units. Upgrades, most Don’t have carpet anymore, so everything echoes now So it makes it worse. Sometimes it sounds like your neighbor is living with you because you hear EVERYTHING. Not to mention, As many maintenance as they have now, They are still not on point with service calls. Good luckProperty Manager Responded
