I’ve really enjoyed living at Replay in Iowa City. The apartments are nice and modern, and the amenities are great. The location is also really convenient for getting around Iowa City. The staff has always been friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed something. Overall, I’ve had a good experience living here and would recommend Replay to other students looking for an apartment.

I have only been here a week and things have been great. I have found minor issues with some small things but to my knowledge they have all been fixed or brought to notice which is very easy. We had a little bit of trouble with WIFI but I think that was user error but with how many LAN ports there are we easily got around those issues and have been smooth sailing ever since.

I have enjoyed living at this apartment complex overall. The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and offer a comfortable living space. The management team is friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever issues arise. Maintenance requests are usually handled quickly, which makes living here much easier. The location is convenient, with stores, restaurants, and other amenities nearby. The grounds are generally kept clean, and the community feels safe and welcoming. While there can occasionally be ...
some noise from neighbors, it has not been a major issue. Overall, I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live with good management and a convenient location.

Love-Hate Relationship

After living here for nearly a year, I have developed a love-hate relationship with Replay. Overall, it is a good place to live. The amenities are great for hosting friends, the staff are always nice, and the apartment is not dingy/I enjoy coming back to my room. However, you can definitely tell the staff/system is inexperienced. Amenities are cheap and not well managed: like the digital workout screens have been broken all year, mics in the karaoke room are rarely charged, the pool TV is on ...
sometimes close to midnight (which is super bright and awful when your windows face it) and sometimes not on during the day, and music starts blasting in the courtyard sometimes around 8:30/9am. I don’t know if it’s cause this is a new place or the staff just don’t think about some things, but it feels disorganized. I dislike having to message staff almost every week, but there seems to always be something to address.

I love the community at Replay; the employees are always there to help with anything we need. My only issue is that there are a few issues with how the apartment was built.

I have loved living here! The onsite staff is so helpful too. Moving into a new building was nice but I love that it’s being kept clean it helps make the building still feel very new! The resident events are nice to for meeting people in the community!

Replay is an amazing apartment! Staff is great and always timely when issues arise. The amenities are incredible, like the gym, pool, hot tub, plus many more! The location is perfect, you are close enough to campus and downtown but aren’t stuck in the middle.
