Everything is great, its just sometimes the water has some bad taste. It could be caused by the new built building. The elevator is broken for a while, it was kind of hard for high levels.

Replay is brand new apartment with various facilities. Everything is great. I keep telling my my friends to move-in here. The location of Replay is also great. It's very close to campus.

The team is pretty helpful for the most part. Not having access to the hot tub for months is definitely an area for improvement. Same with keeping the coffee bar stocked.

I just moved into Replay Iowa City and I absolutely love it. The walk isn't too far from downtown, and the amenities are the best in Iowa City! Best Staff in town with the best building in town! Love Replay!

My overall experience is good. The staff is very helpful and the place looks nice, a lot of facilities. I just have some notes: because your living with new people it would be nice so sign some kind of a roommate arrangement, with some rules we have to make together ens stuff. Furthermore would also be nice because there live a lot of people here to have some rules for the whole community, like no music outside after 10pm (just saying something) because some people are outside and make a lot of ...
noise while others want to sleep. You can hear a lot in the apartments, it is very noisy.
