I wasn’t going to do a review because things happen but I’m still be affected by this BS. We got approved and while moving in even though the maintenance men knew there was a roach infestation. It was in the fridge microwave cabinets ovens and the smell was horrendous. After moving 70% of my things there I decided to call off the move and head back. Behold what I didn’t realize was cockroaches loved cardboard so they got into my belongings. Now I am a thousand dollars in hole. Did not move missed ...
time off of work and found a couple cockroaches today unpacking. Got to treat the house I’m living in now and the management didn’t even seem to care when we were moving in. If you want your neighbors to be cockroaches definitely move here

Hi Josh, we’re sorry your move-in experience was frustrating. Prior to move-in, the apartment had been professionally treated, and once your concerns were reported we offered additional pest control treatment, a transfer to another apartment, or a full release from the lease with a refund of funds paid so you could choose the option you felt most comfortable with. After move-out, the apartment was reinspected and no active pest issue was found. While we understand your frustration, we do feel our team worked hard to provide immediate solutions and support throughout the process.

Smells like weed. Cars get broken into weekly. You have a Cadillac Converter? Yea count on not have one too much longer after move in. Tub didn’t drain when I moved in, took 3 visits from maintenance. Garbage disposal was cracked upon move in and leaked for months before I realized. Overall bad experience

Staff and manager are great and always get to your issues on a timely manner. Property always stays clean! I've been here for a year and just signed an new lease and I'm excited to stay here where I feel at home :)ohh before I forget the Henri app is amazing ! We are able to stay in touch with neighbors and meet new friends as well as put in work orders.
