December 13, 2023We have lived here for a little less than 2 years and we have had a million and one issues with this place. In the time we have been living here, we have had 5 different property managers who seem to just hot potato this place and all of its problems. We have had cracked tiles which have been “fixed” twice now and have still not properly been repaired, drafts from exterior doors and windows, and as of lately a mold problem, and this is just within our unit. The drafty building and poor ...ventilation regularly causes humidity of over 70% throughout the unit contributing to the mold problem. Several belongings have either had to be thrown away or thoroughly cleaned due to the ongoing problem which the landlord has been aware of for nearly a month! Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this apartment complex because instead of fixing the problems inside of the buildings, they waste money on things like painting the exterior of 3/4 of the buildings and then sold to another property company in its current condition. If you care about your health, your belongings, and your happiness, do NOT move to R41.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Do NOT Recommend - Stay Away
September 28, 2022This complex does not even deserve 1 star. I only lived here for 1 year and could not wait to leave after just 2 months. I thought that with Jackie (the old manager) resigning, that management would improve. Previously, it was just excuses given, now we're lucky if we even get a response from management. Initially, the photos look great, however we experienced unusually high electric bills for a 1000 sq foot apartment due to poor insulation, mold from poorly sealed windows, broken railings from ...rust, severe damage to my car from dead trees, sinkholes, and 75% of the apartment is crooked. Parking is always a struggle and many residents don't know how to park properly or respectively. If you need to park at the top near guest, there are no security cameras. There are very limited guest spots - if there are none left & the office is closed, your guest will end up with a $120 barnacle on their windshield. We have been moved out for more than a month and a half now, ensured that we left the apartment in greater condition than when we moved in, addressed leger balance issues a month prior to our moveout, and we still have not received our security deposit. This complex is (somewhat) less expensive than others, but is not worth the troubles or conditions that come with it.Property Manager Responded

Many residents have pets, so you know they are folks that are kind & easy to get along with.
