Lots of flies that come into the apartment. Trash everywhere because there are no containers even though they have two to three trash charges on your monthly statement.

The staff is very friendly, patient, and responsive. People are friendly and it’s very supportive of pets. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend as a good community at an affordable price.

I know times, ppl are different. You are friendly. I've had calls returned right away for problems. However the problems don't seem to be solved. Ie, windows, our door for well over a year. Parking is still an issue. People dumping trash, illegal dumping. I know we as residents have to be assuming some costs for the dumping. I see all the additional charges. It's fair to spread costs. However .. for example valet trash doesn't seem to do much, or be of value.. when the dumpster are what they ...
are. The concept doesn't work when the breezeways are dirty from trash run off. Then you drive out of your complex everyday and pass that dumpster area. I feel my 30 dollars would be better spent on a fence around the area, or cameras, or better security. 30 bucks to have those poor ppl take the trash I can walk over? That is fee I personally feel is wasted. I'd be happy to see you remove that and put that money in a project are the dumpster area.

The Reserve At Abbie Lakes, is a wonderful apartment complex, to call your home. The grounds are well manicured, buildings are well kept and it looks very welcoming as you drive into the neighborhood. The parking areas are well kept and usually quiet. There is a fenced area, for you to exercise your pets etc. The management staff is great. Very friendly and caring, about any questions you may have. As a single mother this makes sense. This community is very safe, it’s quiet, very peaceful. Animals are kept on leashes! Maintenance is the best! I have never had an issue.
