Poor Communication
May 5, 2024I made an appointment to tour an apartment via phone. I showed up on a the set day (Saturday) and time. No one was there. I called the office and no answer. We were very disappointed and left.Review from Apartments.com
Don’t do it
March 14, 2024The flooring comes up. They won’t replace it the right way. There is no backsplash, no fans…the pictures they show on the website are misleading. Your car is not safe- the rims and parts will get stolen, often. Bees will come in your apartment. The toilets move when you sit on them. There’s “green” shower heads so there’s minimal water pressure when you shower. They spray the tubs with scratchy non slip spray so it feels like sandpaper when you take a bath. The power goes out during windstorms. ...The cable Internet goes out often too. The pool is always dirty. The maintenance crew will leave a path of destruction any time they need to repair something. You can get a nicer place that actually delivers what they claim but this isn’t it. They don’t actually really care. They just want your rent money.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

December 27, 2022My 1 year lease is finally coming to an end an I couldn’t be more excited! I’ve never felt a homie feeling while living here you have the staff coming at the most inconvenience of times to fix things, AC/Heat going out and not getting it fixed until 2 months later, grown residents fighting over parking spots. October 3, 2022I wouldn’t Recommend if you have any health issues and can’t be around smoke. I contacted The office on numerous occasions about the neighboring apartment behind me and complained about the cigarette smoke.. I have A child with a chronic lung condition and can’t be around smoke but daily my new neighbor smokes them heavily and it comes into my home. You’ll think they were actually in my home smoking them that’s how strong the smell is. Front office told me “nothing we can do” even tho it’s ...potentially harmful to my child! Let’s not talk about the over charging for these apartments.. they increased the rent $300 for current residents and added all kinds of fees. We have to pay for the “water company” to read the meters then they charge us for the actually billing of the monthly rent. No renovations or upgrades but a $300 mark up is wild. The ppl in the front office are beyond rude & not helpful at all. I wouldnt Recommend living here at All. It’s not worth the money or trouble honestly ! Oh and that little gym they call themselves building is a load of crap. You can’t even walk in between the machines because they crammed the 3 they have together… what happened to being 6 feet apart due to Covid… no safety measures huh ? That’s crazy. Expensive for what you get and location
April 1, 2022I lived there for over 5 years. Once the complex was bought out by a different company the expenses went through the roof. Every month there was an added fee that wasn't there before (started charging for trash, pest control without notice). The new company didn't do a great job plowing the snow. I saw a change in the type of renters and could hear multiple neighbors through the walls versus how quiet it used to be.
