    Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. It was a smooth process to move into our first apartment. The rooms were clean and plenty of information was given. I LOVE the butterfly system for accessing places around the apartment.

    My experience so far with Reserve has been very positive. All the staff I’ve interacted with at this point, have been very nice and helpful. The initial maintenance and move-in request I had were handled promptly and thoroughly. I do feel that communications when calling or emailing take some persistence to get a staff member, but personally going to the office has been most effective. Hopefully that won’t always be how to I need to get an office staff member when I have a question or concern. ...
    However, I am pleased with my process of touring and moving in, and look forward to a pleasant stay as a new member within the Reserve Decatur community.

    This is a great apartment. They have been doing a lot of work around here to improve the aesthetics of the apartment. The maintenance guy comes almost immediately. The office people are very helpful and they act on the problems as soon as possible and the neighbors are very nice.

    I have been living here for last 5 years. I really like this place. Its a beautiful apartment. Very well maintained, especially the outdoors. Maintenance service team is prompt and helpful whenever i requested for their service. Management is new right now. I believe they are helpful as the last management as i never got any chance to interact with them. But the overall feeling is they should be good.

    Great community and quiet. Residents can be more tidy when it comes to trash and their pets. I’ve lived here for 3 years and just renewed lease. Hopefully new management make some exciting changes and enforces cleanliness of property.
