February 27, 2026I've been here for 3 years, and it's been exactly what it says. I'll put it this way: for the price, I'm not going anywhere! It's clean and well-maintained. It's lit up like Christmas, so it's safe too. No parking, but it's Houston, TX, and they have garages and covered parking for cheap. No bugs in 3 years! February 2, 2026I’ve enjoyed living at The Reserves at Fountain Lake ! Overall a very pleasant place to live. The grounds a well maintained for the most part. Rarely hear of any incidents. Many available amenities in the area and very relaxing atmosphere. Staff is very pleasant but, would surely suggest Follow up process when dealing with residents and if I have any complaints it would be turn around times on what is referred to as Service Request for maintenance and lack of communication from the Front Office. ...I have been a resident for approximately 9 years so clearly I’m satisfied with the Reserves at Fountain Lakes.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
