I love Brandi the manager she always seems to make me feel valued, and she is very helpful and really cares about the tenants. Hopefully the new maintenance supervisor will do followups to ensure the work orders are completed. Otherwise it's a nice community and I like living here.

My experience here has been just ok. Lately there is a lot more noise. The grounds are not well kept. The buildings have not been power washed in God knows how long. There stairs and landings are filthy. And the roaches are clearly here to stay

I absolutely love Management team. Asusena and Brandy are top tier! However maintainence needs to be revamped and restructured . The grounds are kept fairly clean, I wish they would clean the breezeways , stairs and doors. Its spiderwebs everywhere . The community is relatively quiet. There's been a few disabled cars that are taking up space for nearly a year. Parking is already so scarce. I would recommend living here .

Resident for 9 years and love the Reserve at Fountain Lakes. However, managing personal or property owners has been the challenge. Have gone through minimum of 5 managers with 4 Maintenance-teams in 9 years. Getting things done in a timely manner has been a bit disappointing. However, things are looking up with a Brand New Manager who was one of the most effective Asst Managers who was sent away and brought back to Manage a property already familiar with. (Smart move)
