February 2, 2026I’ve enjoyed living at The Reserves at Fountain Lake ! Overall a very pleasant place to live. The grounds a well maintained for the most part. Rarely hear of any incidents. Many available amenities in the area and very relaxing atmosphere. Staff is very pleasant but, would surely suggest Follow up process when dealing with residents and if I have any complaints it would be turn around times on what is referred to as Service Request for maintenance and lack of communication from the Front Office. ...I have been a resident for approximately 9 years so clearly I’m satisfied with the Reserves at Fountain Lakes.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

January 4, 2026Its okay here. Relatively quiet. My neighbors mind their business. I feel safe. Staff is friendly. I love the neighborhood and there's plenty of restaurants and shopping around. My only gripes are these things and they need to be addressed asap: *Abandoned cars parked for almost 6 months now. Ive reported it twice. 1 in particular is taking up a parking spot. It's clearly disabled; tires flat, dirt accumulated , spiderwebs all over it . Maintenance drives by daily.They dont check parking ...stickers ever! * When renewing my lease I asked for my 1970s yellow, rusted, unsightly dishwasher to be replaced only to be told that since its still operate-able it cant be replaced. It should be disposed of immediately!They should not even want it in their units at all. *The breezeways and ceiling are unkept; spiderwebs everywhere, light fixtures hanging down, cement floor and the doors to the units look like they've never been cleaned or checked in many yrs, if at all.Property Manager Responded
