May 11, 2026Resident for 9 years and love the Reserve at Fountain Lakes. However, managing personal or property owners has been the challenge. Have gone through minimum of 5 managers with 4 Maintenance-teams in 9 years. Getting things done in a timely manner has been a bit disappointing. However, things are looking up with a Brand New Manager who was one of the most effective Asst Managers who was sent away and brought back to Manage a property already familiar with. It's lit up like Christmas, so it's safe too. No parking, but it's Houston, TX, and they have garages and covered parking for cheap. No bugs in 3 years! February 2, 2026I’ve enjoyed living at The Reserves at Fountain Lake ! Overall a very pleasant place to live. The grounds a well maintained for the most part. Rarely hear of any incidents. Many available amenities in the area and very relaxing atmosphere.
