The Reserve
December 19, 2024The property managers (Liz, & Cynthia) and the maintenance crew (Jose & Oscar) are awesome. They dont just care about the building but their tenants as well. Going above and beyond for their tenants shines through their smiling faces. Building is safe and secure. Door and garage access can certainly be updated but the rest of the building is fairly modern. Mostly Quiet in the apartments with neighbors. Amazing Staff
December 14, 2024The staff (Liz, Cynthia, Jose, Oscar) are excellent because they not only do their job on a professional task driven level but they show they care for their tenants on a personal level. The leasing & maintenance crew work in tandem and appear to really get along with each other. They have monthly events and prepare coffee, and Bevi water daily for the residents. They go above and beyond by listening to their resident’s needs. The building is pretty quiet for the most part. It’s secure and safe. ...Building is not brand new but units are fairly up to date. Building access via front door and garage isn’t the best, and could desperately use an over haul. Parking spots are a lil tight but manageable. Wish there were EV charging but probably not enough EVs in the garage to warrant that. Overall satisfaction with the Reserve for sure.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Perfect spot for Kellogg Students
August 31, 2022My wife and I have lived at the reserve for a year and resigned because its been a great experience. We love the staff, the amenities, and how close it is to campus. A huge draw for us was in-unit washer/dryers, the heated garage. Staff is super responsive and we have loved out experience. Highly recommend.Property Manager Responded

Stellar Service
August 30, 2022I've been here almost 3 years and never have I had a problem with any of the management nor maintenance crews. Everyone here is making sure that the renters get the best service and the service is stellar. The Reserve is close to just about everything Evanston. One of the best is that the Farmer's Market is a short walking distance. I do so enjoy living here.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2022We love living at the Reserve. Units are well kept, the staff is super friendly and responsive. I love how clean all common areas are too. We live close to NW campus and close to the purple line with ease to get downtown. Only con is thin walls, but overall great place to live!Property Manager Responded

Convenient, clean, friendly
August 25, 2022I am in my third year in the Reserve Evanston and it is by far my favorite of the three apartment buildings I’ve lived in. The lounge is large and clean, and there are rarely problems with the complimentary coffee machine or computer printer. I never have to wait for an elevator and have never had problems with package deliveries. I highly recommend the Reserve for people of all ages.Property Manager Responded

Best Staff and Great Amenities!
August 20, 2022The staff are truly amazing! you can call or email with questions and they will respond within the day! Maintenance requests are easy to submit via the rent payment portal and are addressed within a day or two. The gym, though small, has great equipment and is cleaned daily. The location to downtown Evanston is unbeatable, the farmer's market is a 5 minute walk and downtown is 10 minutes away. The Reserve is a great apartment complex!Property Manager Responded

Great Staff, Amenities, and Feel
December 23, 2021Ever since I moved in the staff who work here have been extraordinary kind and helpful! The complex is always kept clean and feels very warm and welcoming. As for the apartments, a 1 bedroom 1 bath is very spacious more than enough room for 2 people and a dog (or other furry companion), I definitely feel at home when I'm here!Review from Apartments.com
