The Reserve at Mill Creek offers “drama free” living in a relaxed setting with numerous community benefits. Because we are a smaller community of only 66 apartments, there is less noise, less move-in/move-out traffic and neighbors that know each other and offer a sense of community. The Property Manager has been with the company 15 years, and she and our maintenance staff are readily available and always on hand to take care of any issue quickly and completely. Pools and playgrounds are great amenities, but they come at a cost – what our residents enjoy most is the peace and quiet you find living inside a community with 45% open space and over 15 miles of walking and bike trails on site. Our residents feel their apartment is truly their home and feel safe and well taken care of in a community like ours. Each of our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments come with in-unit laundry rooms, central air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood laminate flooring, and spacious individual balconies which overlook acres of preserved wetlands and parks. Nice location but improvements needed
January 29, 2026It’s a great area however the gym equipment is lacking and tvs don’t work. It’s horrible in the winter as the walks and handicap ramps are not properly taken care of. It has been brought to management’s attention and they said it’s reasonable to wait 24-48 hrs after snowfall. I have had family visit and they ask why nothing has been shoveled?! Maintenance hours are not great for people who work past three. Overall nice but improvements needed. A Comfortable, Convenient Place to Call Home
January 27, 2026I’ve had a great experience living here. The walking paths and golf courses are beautiful and perfect for getting outside, and having an on-site ice cream shop, market, and other shops is such a nice bonus. The dog park is great, and the patio areas with grills and fireplaces make it easy to relax or spend time with friends. Maintenance is very responsive, and the leasing office is always helpful and easy to work with. The apartments and grounds are well kept and well maintained, and the ...neighbors are friendly, which really adds to the community feel. Great first apartment
January 14, 2026I have been living in these apartments for 6 months now and it has been wonderful. It is a quiet community and everyone in my building has been very friendly and welcoming. I enjoy the community events they put on, it is a great way to meet new people. Monica and her team and have been very helpful and accommodating. They have an online portal for paying rent and scheduling any maintenance requests, which is really convenient. I've never had an issue with noise - it's a quiet community. Great Community with Modern Finishings!
February 1, 2025I have rented from Shodeen before and have always been really impressed with their properties. Everything is well maintained and any time I have needed maintenance, they've been very prompt. It's a newer building so the units are very modern with full size stainless steel appliances (which is not always the case in apartments!) There are also a lot of really nice conveniences - an optional underground parking garage, a trash chute, a fitness center and a convenience store a block away. ...Because it's nestled in a neighborhood, there's also really scenic walking paths around the community, which is a great feature.
