Exceptional complex that’s military friendly
February 6, 2026As most people know the majority of people in the area is military. When I first got to the area I told them with just a months notice when I’d like to move in and the complex was so understanding got me in quick and the actual unit is amazing for the price 2 bedroom for well below BAH is hard to come by in the area. Target Jewels and ace hardware only 3 minute drive. And base is only 20 minutes away. Thank you to all the staff and the complex for being such a great place to raise a family and ...be my escape away from work, along with being such a convenient distance from all that I need.Property Manager Responded

April 8, 2024I literally just started a reptile breeding project but because they don’t allow more than 2 animals (any animal apparently) I had to rehome some of my geckos prior to moving in and now instead of being able to make some “extra income” and gaining more experience in the hobby Im actually losing money since Im putting money into the project but getting nothing in return. Very frustrating that someone/something is getting in the way of doing something I have passion for. If I found apartments more ...accommodating then I wouldn’t be typing this review but seems like these apartments were the best for me and my wife at the moment.Property Manager Responded

Just Moved In and There is a Cockroach Infestation
February 15, 2023I moved in about a week ago and it seamed nice for all of two days before I started noticing problems. At first I noticed baby cockroaches crawling on my kitchen counter, and now I have seen adults and nymphs all over the kitchen, living room and bathroom. This apartment was not habitable on move in and they sold it to me anyways. Now I can't keep food in the apartment and its driving me crazy. September 12, 2022Been here for about 5 months and I’m currently 7 months pregnant now but I plan on moving , my car was stolen from the property and my apartment was broken into a couple weeks later. There are no cameras and the management shows no interest in what happened to me . I recommend finding somewhere else to live.Property Manager Responded

Reserve at Eagle Ridge Staff is the BEST
May 25, 2022I’ve lived here since 2014. Neighbors come and go, but the core management team has been there through “thick and thin”. It;s a people business, and if you treat them with dignity and respect they will reflect it. Things are bound to go wrong at a property. My water heater developed a leak and after some immediate “powdering, diapering and burping”, the maintenance team had a new one installed super fast. If you treat the surroundings like it is your home then things will work well and last ...longer. Corporate spent a lot of cash to upgrade the property lighting with bright LED area lights so the area is safe at night. Stay Clear
September 10, 2019The apartment is nice until you realize that you can literally hear everything your neighbors do. From talking to playing music at 3 am, to flushing the toilet. Property Management too Rude for Comfort
January 15, 2019This is the rudest property management I have ever worked with. They were so disrespectful that it shows the lack of care they would have for any tenants that stay at this residence. I was about to sign a lease with them. But their disrespect and rude language made me to decide otherwise.If they can’t even be of assistance when you’re signing the lease I doubt they will put much effort in after you’re held to a contract.Property Manager Responded

SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS!
September 17, 2016I'll start by saying the apartment itself was ok, but for the price, could've been much better! The linoleum in the kitchen and bathroom was pretty much like patch work. There were spots on the floors that weren't done (I ended up covering them with rugs). Also, no sense of safety or security for its tenants. The front door to the building I lived in had the lock on the door busted and by my old neighbors reports she had told Management multiple times with nothing ever been done for it. Also, ...whatever pest control they charge is a joke! You're better buying your own bottles of Raid, because you're still going to have spiders and other bugs. As far as the office staff they were so kind until I actually moved in and then getting them to do anything was a hassle. They're extrememly unorganized, were charging me for Renter's Insurance when I had my own and even gave me an Eviction Notice because of late fees that were ENTIRELY incorrect.
