November 19, 2025Ive really loved living here since Ioved in and wanted to give a shout-out to the awesome maintenance team. Seriously I didn't believe good apartment maintenance even existed til I moved here lol. Every time we put in a work order, someone's here the next morning, and gets everything taken care of super quick! And when our water heater went out, Brett specifically was on top of it, troubleshooting everything he could til he found the issue. He ordered us a new water heater while he was here, and ...as soon as they got it, they were here installing it! Everyone on the maintenance team is freaking incredible here, you can tell they know their stuff and genuinely care about what they're doing. Its right next to the high school which is good if you have kids (i live w my lil brother n dad) and the maintenance is probably the best of any apartment complex ive lived at.
