January 13, 2025Do you want absolutely no water pressure? Do you love cold drafts through terrible insulation? Do you like living with roaches due to no visits from pest control? Dog owners take caution!! Not safe.
July 16, 2023As a dog owner living here has been very stressful for the last year and half. The leasing office management seems to pick and choose when to enforce community pet rules. For weeks I have been requesting management to address a reoccurring daily issue with another resident. Despite there being a community rule that dogs are to be walked on leashes not greater than 6ft management allows a resident walks his two extremely large breed dogs on 10-15 leads. These are dogs well over 40-50lbs. I’ve seen ...these dogs running loose multiple times as the owner looses control when the dog lunges or runs after little critters. I myself have two dogs and they are not friendly with other dogs out of fear based reactivity from being previously attacked. There have been far too many close encounters with the dogs getting too close. One day I fear we are going to cut a corner and be face to face with a huge dog with the owner straggling well behind puffing his cigarette. In the last month alone I have sent in 5-6 videos clearly showing proof of this lease and community violation. To which I was told there’s some secret private agreement between this tenant and the management and what did they want me to do about it. To which I responded that all I am requesting if for ALL dog owners follow the community rules. They way in which the management has addressed my concerns has been dismissive, and left me feeling as if I had annoyed them with my concerns. Clearly safety as well as peaceful living is not a concern for ALL residents but those who the office picks and choosesProperty Manager Responded

We review resident pets and service animals twice a year to ensure compliance. However, at no time are we permitted to discuss residents with other residents.
