This is a beautiful property. The Reserves has excellent management team. Very quick response from maintenance. This complex is in great location, close enough to all the local restaurants and stores yet is a quiet community. You have the comfort of a house in the form of an apartment without all the fuss of a house.

Too expensive for the current times

Prices are skyrocketing and they are raising rents 100+ per apt. God forbid you have to go month to month, they raise it 100 buck each month! Management is only good when you DON'T need them. They charge a 25 dollar fee just to pay rent online! They are the better apts in town, but that's the problem. They know it and treat you like dirt because if it. Also, i find it odd that the reviews are all done on the same days and replied to on the same day. It's almost like someone that works there ...

I have lived here for almost 2 years and love it. The maintenance crew is excellent. When I have called for maintenance my issue is fixed the same day. The office staff are helpful and courteous. I have lived in several complexes in Dallas Tx and the Reserve rates as the best comlex I have lived in. The amenities rate an A+++ pool workout room. Come and see you too will love it here.

Absolutely loved this place! the employees there are very helpful & respectful. The apartments are very gorgeous! And did I forget to mention, when you call for maintenance or just anything in general they always answer in a timely manner?! Like yasssss! You hardly get that anywhere nowadays! If you’re looking for a nice cozy apartment that’s nice & with awesome staff!! HERES THE PLACE :)
