July 11, 2023The Reserves at Jones Road offers an exceptional living experience thanks to the great staff, well-maintained facilities, and abundant amenities. The management and maintenance staff go above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. They are knowledgeable, responsive, and always ready to help. Any time I have an issue or question, they resolve it promptly and professionally. The facilities and common areas are immaculately maintained. The landscaping is gorgeous and the swimming pool, dog ...parks, fitness center, clubhouse, and playgrounds are all in like-new condition. It's clear the maintenance team takes great pride in keeping the community in top shape. The amenities truly set The Reserves apart. In addition to the amenities I already mentioned, there is also a large barbecue area perfect for social gatherings. Residents have everything they need right on site. The gated community and quiet neighborhood location provide a sense of seclusion and privacy while still being just minutes from major shopping, dining, and Highway 10. It's the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility. The apartments are well-designed and spacious, providing ample room for comfortable living. Too expensive for the current times
July 22, 2021Prices are skyrocketing and they are raising rents 100+ per apt. God forbid you have to go month to month, they raise it 100 buck each month! Management is only good when you DON'T need them. They charge a 25 dollar fee just to pay rent online! They are the better apts in town, but that's the problem. They know it and treat you like dirt because if it. Also, i find it odd that the reviews are all done on the same days and replied to on the same day. Love this place
November 18, 2019I have lived here for almost 2 years and love it. The maintenance crew is excellent. When I have called for maintenance my issue is fixed the same day. The office staff are helpful and courteous. I have lived in several complexes in Dallas Tx and the Reserve rates as the best comlex I have lived in. The amenities rate an A+++ pool workout room.
