Not recommended! My move in was horrible, Property is on the third set of management since I moved in. They are too busy putting a concrete comedian in at the entrance instead of repairing other things at this facility(I.e swimming pool is down most the time, the brick columns are falling over at the front of the property, the walking trail and retention pond are so overgrown there is no way that is in compliance to code. Lawn crew covered my vehicle in mud and grass. Sat at home all day ...
waiting on my washer to be repaired and no answer on when that would happen. Received zero notice on my door for office to be closed on July 3, which isn’t even the holiday and within my payment window that the office would be closed and I was out of town with someone set up to drop off my payment to the office on the 3rd knowing they would be closed on the 4th. Manager is unwilling to waive the fee for their negligence of not communicating it early enough. Stated on elevators and their doors.
