    Very nice envirnoment. Only complain is the amount of times in 2 months fire alarm has gone off. But other than that very friendly staff and community

    For the price that we pay for to live here the complex is not kept up enough. The landscaping and grass looks horrible, the pool has been closed more than it has been open, out a/c fan motor has needed to be replaced for almost a year with the managers saying “it is on back order” which I know is wrong. Also, we got our paper re renew our lease with a pretty big increase in price with only a couple day notice to give them a notice if we are renewing our lease or are moving. Not sure how we are ...
    supposed to find somewhere to move in 4 days. Overall I think this complex needs to be ran and kept up better for the price of the apartments.

I’m sorry to hear you’ve been frustrated, and I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns.After reviewing your file, I can confirm that renewal offers are always sent out with well over 60 days’ notice, and your renewal was no exception. Our records also show that you have only submitted four service requests in the past year, none related to your A/C unit. If you are having an issue with your AC unit, please call our office or enter a service request on your resident portal so we can address it as soon as possible. Our landscaping is maintained weekly, and while the pool was temporarily closed for a pump replacement, it is now open and available for residents to enjoy.     Horrible experience with communication. Lack of professional from maintenance and management. This is supposed to be a luxury apartment complex but nothing but issue have happened since moving in.

    Love the quietness, every one seems to be very friendly. I was concerned about living on the second floor, but it turned out to be a great choice, I don’t hear noises from my neighbors, so far it have been a pleasant experience.

    You guys have gone downhill. As I type this I'm stuck working from home for medical reasons with neighbors I've complained about multiple times blaring music that woke me up. The options I'm presented with are to transfer units or break my lease, both of which come at a cost to me because despite the fact this noise comes into my unit on almost a daily basis, I'm only entitled to quiet during quiet hours because it's (not so) "contained to their units". It's not contained to their units, I hear ...
    it IN MY APARTMENT. I'll suffer through this until it won't be as much of a cost to me and move when my lease is up.

    Parking situation sucks. Up keep of the complex is not the best. Retention pond is way over grown and no telling what’s living in it. Management doesn’t care about concerns and blows off issues that come up. Still waiting for manager to address my concerns from over a year ago.
