April 30, 2018HAVE LIVED HERE 18 MONTHS. CAN'T SAY ENOUGH. ENTIRE STAFF IS REMARKABLE AND SERVICE IS FANTASTIC. HAVEN'T RENTED IN 50 YEARS AND WAS VERY APPREHENSIVE. NO NEED! JUST ONE EXAMPLE...WOKE UP AT 8AM - NO HOT WATER - WAITED TILL 9 TO CALL OFFICE- BY 11:30 - NEW HEATER WAS BEING INSTALLED. NEIGHBOR ADJOING THE UTILITY ROOM HAD SOME WATER. MAINTENANCE CONNECTED A DEHUMIDIFIER, MOVED HER FURNITURE AND EVENTUALLY HAD HER CARPET CLEANED. "COME ON DOWN". YOU'LL LOVE IT.Property Manager Responded

September 22, 2015Great place to live! Apartments are large and quiet. Grounds are very well kept with great amenities. There is a new pool and an exercise room for tenants. Staff is always pleasant and repairs and questions are handled quickly. Shopping, dining, and other facilities are within walking distance. Wooded setting is a big plus!Review from Apartments.com

August 14, 2015This is the nicest complex I've ever lived in. The apartment is spacious and clean. Plenty of parking close to each building as well. The entire complex is well cared kept and appealing to the eye. There is a new pool and exercise area that are immaculate as well as a nice playground with picnic tables and grills. Plenty of trees and wildlife make this a lovely place to live. Staff is friendly and professional. Even after hours emergencies are handled promptly. Courtesy abounds here! Shopping and ...dining are within walking distance. The school system is excellent. There are parks nearby and other amenities. Best of all, the rent is reasonable!
