Rats lots of lots of roaches they changing the name due to the crime rate attached to the Old name . Rats under the dish washer eating through the walls and floors. Ceiling caving in mold from top floor of water tanks leaking

Roach infested! Maintenance never comes fix anything. So many break ins and shots literally every night! Been here since Nov 2019 only here because it’s affordable. Electric bill is hella high because ac units breaks down every other month. Trash is every where in the complex There’s a new management(which is the only pro)
