Got along great with the landlord, she's a gem. It's a nice, quiet area with beautiful scenery and kind neighbors. The apartments are older so the typical struggles with good AC and consistent heating are to be expected, but despite this, my experiences in this home have been welcoming, cozy and relatively positive!

When i moved out of my parents house to live here i thought it was going to be a normal experience, but this place has passed my expectations! when i had issues they had someone come same day to fix the issue no matter how small! the place has a cozy interior and the yard is perfect for walking my cat! i recommended this place to all my friends looking for a place to live! it deserves the 5 out of 5 stars i give it!

If you like to be out in the country and close to a wooded area then these are the apartments for you! They are reasonable on pricing and not far from town. I’ve had no issues since I’ve lived here and would highly recommend anyone to live here.

No one will ever call you. Maintenance doesn't even know what they are doing. They constantly say "we're working on it.' They will not document any of the issues. All they were so wonderful and answer and polite are paid reviews. This place is absolutely outdated overly priced and the management is a joke unless you're giving them thousands of dollars then they answer

Never again...terrible experience

This is my personal experience. If I had known the issues I was walking into I would've never spent the money to move in. I lived in 1 bedroom. This is an apartment, not a townhouse. We'll start with appliances. Can't use the dishwasher at all. There's so much hard water build up. On top of this there is no hot water running to the dishwasher. Under the sink the plumbing isn't long enough for the sink drain. When it gets knocked off it floods under the sink. Th3 dishwasher plumbing isnt attached ...
either. You can tell this has been a running issue for a long while with the amount of water damage. I have to flip my breaker daily for my hot water heater. The cabinets are not very easy to use. There's no storage space in the kitchen or apartment. It takes almost 4 hours to dry a small load of clothes. My dryer vent doesn't even have an outside vent. The dryer doesn't stop on its own. Which makes me think this is contributing to my almost $300 electric bill. The toilet constantly runs and barely flushes. There's not hot water going to the bathroom sink. The tub drains crazy slow. When you take a shower water will be up to your shins. Draino has not worked for any of these issues. The sliding doors need replaced badly. He screen door is on the ground. It's leaks air so bad. Not helping with electric bill. When i moved in the only thing they did was barely clean. Washed the carpet and that was it. I had quite the amount of nastiness to clean up. I broke my lease very early because these apartments are way out of dated and a lot of things are unusable and paying for that "amenity". They barely plow in the winter and they don't salt anything. I took a couple hard falls even with applying my own salt. Beware of these "townhouses" Hands down worst apartment complex I've lived in. It's not worth the money when the other complex are same price but modern. You
