May 29, 2025Neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Maintenance team is also quite responsive whenever any issues arises which aren't many. Rooms are also spacious and the community feels quite safe and homey for a quick walk outside as well.Review from Apartments.com

May 5, 2025Terrible!, to say the least. Very uncultured pet owners(particularly dogs) Let their pets pee and poop everywhere in the common areas with impunity, and hardly ever pick after them; resulting in VERY filthy and unhealthy environtment.Property Manager Responded

April 12, 2025I have been leaving here for 15 months now and I just renewed my lease. The neighborhood it’s very nice and never have had an issue or noise complaint. February 21, 2025Moved in recently. So far I’m really enjoying my apartment and the overall community. There are a lot of places to walk dogs and I love that there is trash in front of every apartment building just about. Anytime we need a repair at the apartment I put a request in and the very next day maintenance is there to fix! Just signed a lease!
December 17, 2024My fiancée and I were looking to move right before the holidays and our original plans fell through. We made a last minute decision to tour Reserve at Regency Park and absolutely loved it! Amber took us around and explained everything so well too. We resigned!
December 9, 2024The location is great, there is lots to do around. The apartments are spacious and it is a dog friendly community! The leasing staff are very kind and love to say hi! We signed on for another 14 months as our original 14 month lease is coming to a close.Property Manager Responded
