AMAZING COMPLEX TO LIVE The Entire team here is Amazing. They are kind and listen to there tenants needs and repair needs if any .Our property manager is the best ive seen around, she works hard to listen to any needs as im in a wheelchair part time, she helps with accomidation needs as best she can. Its nice to live in one of the best complexes in Lexington,nc The Reserve at Regents deserves 5 stars for all there hard work. .

Heating inconsistently I have requested several maintenance orders for my heater unid and the problem is back after few hours or few days, It keeps frozen and air coming in my apartment is cold.

Workout room Need more equipment. Not enough to go around if a few people in the gym at the same time. Maybe bigger too!!!
