Poor management
October 16, 2025I had a very disappointing experience with the regional manager. During a time when I was going through a serious mental health crisis, she showed little empathy or understanding. Instead of offering support or compassion, her only concern seemed to be the occupancy numbers. It’s disheartening to see that people’s well-being can be overlooked for the sake of business metrics.
