Amazing Place!
October 20, 2017Love this apartment! Every interaction we have had with the management has been positive. They are helpful and kind, quick to assist. The complex itself is a beautiful, gated community with amazing amenities. We love the easy, convenient, and plentiful parking for ourselves and guests, and the newly renovated apartments are gorgeous! The fireplace, big bathrooms, and open, updated kitchen are my favorite features! It's hard to believe this lovely place was in our price range! October 13, 2017The Reserve is an updated complex with many amenities and a convenient location. The apartments are all updated with modern stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. This complex also offers many amenities and is the only complex on State Street to offer gated parking (my favorite amenity.) This extra layer of security adds peace of mind and privacy. A Wonderful Home
October 5, 2017Wonderful complex. We've lived here 2 years and the only reason we're leaving is because we're relocating out of state. Fantastic, friendly and accommodating staff. Super convenient location, great amenities (ESPECIALLY the dog park, I don't think you'd ever find another complex that compares) parking is great and the complex is gated. Units,fixtures appliances are up to date and make for easy living. The units have been recently updated, the property is well maintained, and you get more square feet per unit compared to other surrounding apartments. We love our stainless steel appliances and the in-unit full size washer and dryer. The management truly cares for the tenants and will plan tenant events so everyone can get to know each other.
