First, the staff are outstanding, kind, gracious, thoughtful, and want to ensure that everything is top notch. They go above and beyond! The apartment itself is amazing! It's also very quiet--we never heard our neighbors once! The layout is great and it's very well appointed. It's very comfortable and spacious. September 12, 2022 - Review from Apartments.comI do not recommend reservoirs for several reasons: the structure is flashy, the pool is always dirty, it is far from the center and above all the staff is totally inadequate. One night I was left out of my room and had to wait all night outside because no one could open the room, moreover, only once I left the facility I was asked for money for a problem that happened at the beginning of my stay in Boston .
