August 14, 2015My apartment is comfortable for one person in a one bedroom in a nice neighborhood. The building has been under major improvements for resident comfort. Hardwood floors and nice kitchen appliances are in every apartment. Patio with grills and comfortable seating for enjoying outdoor dining and entertaining. Neighborhood is walking distance to many stores and restaurants as well as close bus stops and EL stop.Review from Apartments.com
Great Ammentities! Great location!
August 11, 2015I've lived at Reside on Barry for 1 year. I would love to renew, but the rent increase is quite high. They have great Ammentities, and the location of the building is awesome. I really appreciate the maintenance crew they are super friendly and fast. The building doesn't have central air and the bedrooms have carpet, so the price increase is pretty high for what the apt. has to offer. Other than that it's a win!Review from Apartments.com
