I lived here for a year in 2016-2017. While the unit was nice and management did the best they could to maintain the building, I did find several dead cockroaches in my apartment over the course of the year. This is not uncommon in Lakeview East from what I’ve read but for what they are charging, I would advise looking elsewhere if the occasional bug is a dealbreaker.

Upgraded apartment (in-unit laundry and granite) with lots of light from big windows. Wood floors are beautiful. The whole apartment feels very clean and well-taken care of. I always feel safe in the building and in my apartment. The roof is awesome. Location is perfect. Wish there was more closet space.
