This Place Used To Be Better
March 11, 2025Lived here from 2020-2023. For some reason my review isn’t being posted on here or on Google. Check your AC & ductwork for mold. Also, there’s a registered s*x offender living at that property. One of their maintenance men was rude & banged on my door because my dog was barking. Had the run around given to me by the property manager from GVA, over mold issues in my apartment. They wanted to clean it with bleach & paint over it, refused to relocate me -so I escalated it to the regional manager & ...gave the property manager a notice that I was breaking my lease. Suddenly, they had availability to move to me another unit or sister property & were sending people to check the vents. Prior to this, I was asking for testing to be done since I was pregnant. I had to do everything to figure out what the mold was & had to push for a professional to come in & not some maintenance man who was only going to make the issue worse. Be aware of who you have living around you. They send contractors to work late on units, like 9:00pm+ late. The sudden interest in the responses from management on these posts & on Google makes me think they’re doing PR cleanup, I don’t believe the recent positive reviews. When I left in 2023 the place was turning in to a project. Something that was once nice is dumpy now.Property Manager Responded

July 14, 2023The GVA managements group that took over this complex is the absolute WORST. They dont care for their units, but charge the max amount. Maintenance of older apartments is nonexistent. Property managers are completely clueless on how to do their job and have attitude whenever a tenant comes with a question or concern. They claim to be a "garden property with wildlife and birds" which is code for "dont complain about the pests, you chose to live here" Street lamps dont work. The security gate is ...completely gone and hasnt worked in years. No security or enforcement of pool rules, so there is alot of noise at the pools. So even though you are charged more for living near one, you have to just put up with it or call the police yourself. Just horrible place to live, do yourself a favor and find a new complex with cheaper rates. Not worth the cost at these.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Beautiful and safe
July 4, 2019This place is beautiful. This was my first time living alone and I always felt so incredibly safe. Loud hours are enforced, but it is rarely an issue. When it did become an issue, management was super prompt in addressing it. There is always landscaping going on. Maintenance calls are answered quickly, management is really nice and helpful. My apartment was in beautiful condition, and I enjoyed walking around the complex to get exercise. I only wish this management company had apartments in San ...Antonio.Property Manager Responded
