Read your Lease Carefully - Break Lease is 285% + Concessions
February 28, 2023Read your lease very carefully. Break lease fee is 285% + any promotions they offered. The lease has contradictions on the first page when it comes to being able to break your lease. Make no mistake, there’s an addendum several pages back that nullifies the first page about having to break your lease. When you sign for whatever term, you will be penalized heavily for not finishing it. Flexibility is not an option at this complex. Think about your lease term and what your future looks like. Don’t ...believe everything you read on the first page. It’s a hassle but carefully read every page to avoid signing into locked down lease that traps you. Especially if you’re in an industry where you might need to move around for work or life plans change.Property Manager Responded
