About Residence at Mill Creek
The Residence at Mill Creek offers “drama free” living in a relaxed setting with numerous community benefits. Because we are a smaller community of only 48 apartments, there is less noise, less move-in/move-out traffic and neighbors that know each other and offer a sense of community. The property manager has been with the company 15 years; she and our maintenance staff are readily available and always on hand to take care of any issue quickly and completely. Pools and playgrounds are great amenities, but they come at a cost – what our residents enjoy most is the peace and quiet you find living inside a community with 45% open space and over 15 miles of walking and bike trails on site. Our residents feel their apartment is truly their home and feel safe and well taken care of in a community like ours. Each of our 1 and 2 bedroom apartments come with in-unit laundry rooms, central air conditioning, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, ceramic tile floors in the kitchen and bathroom, and spacious individual balconies which overlook acres of preserved wetlands and parks. One of the biggest things that sets this apartment apart is that it’s nestled right in the middle of a great neighborhood rather than feeling like a large, crowded apartment complex. The heated, well-lit garage is greatly appreciated during the brutal winter weather, and the daily garbage disposal option is a great convenience. I am celebrating 4 years here at the Residence. I moved here after years of renting from private landlords when it could take days and weeks to get maintenance taken care of. and sometimes it wasn't actually ever taken care of.
What a difference having Monica and her maintenance team looking out for me! I have never had any major issues but even something as simple as helping change the large light fixture in the kitchen's bulb, has been taken care of quickly.

extremely friendly and informative. We immediately loved this place as it is nestled in among trees, a golf course and beautiful homes and carriage homes, off the main roads. There are no other apartment buildings in Mill Creek North except our Residence ones, which there are two. They each have 24 units, 3 floors and 8 units on each floor. We have underground parking which is immaculate and always bright. We have large storage units and an elevator. Our lobby has controlled access and the buildings are cleaned every Monday and Thursday. Everything is included in the rent, so you are not paying extra for parking, storage or an animal---we have a cat. All the other places we looked at, we would have had to pay extra for everything, and the rent here came out cheaper than anywhere else. The apartments are beautiful and we never hear a thing from anywhere in the building or our neighbors. We have huge balconies and a view of the golf course and our beautiful covered gazebo area, in a grassy, huge courtyard. There are two huge stainless gas grills and a fireplace, along with several seating options. If you have a problem with anything, the maintenance man is here within hours. I have not had one problem yet!!! I don't even feel like I am in an apartment as it is sooo quiet----almost all adults, and everyone here loves it. They are newer buildings, maybe 7 years old, very well built. We have been so very happy and content here and Monica has her office right across the parkway in the Villages at Mill Creek, so I just walk across there to pay my rent. We get monthly newsletters from her that she delivers and updates on anything going on. I cannot say enough about this place, except that it is the best of over thirty places we looked at.
