I’ve lived here since 2022 and was just looking at what other apartment units are available when I came across these brutal reviews. I only experienced the previous management for a few months and yes, they were awful and lazy! But the new management is a complete 180! Irene takes her job very seriously and runs a tight ship. roofing redone and replaced all of our AC units, which this place is fairly new so they are dedicated to upgrading for the best quality! They do annual maintenance checks but give you plenty of heads up beforehand, which is nice if you have a lightbulb that needs replacing and haven’t had the chance to put in a request! The amenities are always maintained and cleaned regularly. The pool area is the nicest in town. They have landscaping done on a weekly basis so the grass is always perfection for your pets (the dog park is a big hit!) They implemented a new package locker system last year so any packages you get will be stowed in a locker you can access at your convenience- much better than leaving them at your door unattended! In addition, I absolutely love the oakmont neighborhood. It’s super safe and great for long walks. They are building new homes in the area so it’s fun to see the growth as well. I’ve lived in several apartments around town and this has been by far the best and most elevated experience so don’t let the old comments deter you. Irene is a great manager and she doesn’t let anything slide!
