This building is newly renovated and the building next to it is currently being renovated so take advantage of affordable rent. The neighborhood isn't great, 18th Ave is busy but if you're a person who just goes in your spot and goes to work you're good. This isn't a walking neighborhood. You're near the expressway and bus. I own a home in the area and I see positive changes. Hopefully management is good to the tenants.
