I'm a resident at The Residences at Hampstead School and I would like to strongly suggest that WinnResidential seriously consider hiring a cleaning person to vacuum and clean the entrance of the building. The carpet could use a shampooing on each floor as well. When visitors first come into the building, it is VERY obvious that the entrance door rug (which is filthy) and the main entrance needs to be vacuumed EACH DAY!! First impressions are lasting impressions, and the main entrance should ...
always appear clean, which it is NOT. The stairwells are never cleaned or vacuumed, and there are ALWAYS cobwebs in the stairwells.
