        No communication from the office staff. No urgency to fix or replace anything. Something is always down or broken. Can hear neighbors every move upstairs and wakes us up. Like the area and people in our community. Hoping things can change.

Many of the features in our community are custom-made, which means certain repairs do require specialized vendors that can take a bit longer to coordinate. We do our best to keep residents informed by sending email updates and posting signage when amenities are temporarily unavailable. If you’re ever unsure or need more information, our office team is always here to help—by phone, email, or in person. We didn’t see any outreach from you, but we’d be more than happy to assist directly anytime. Regarding noise, our buildings are wood-framed as advertised, which means sound can carry more than in concrete structures. If noise sensitivity is a concern, we typically ...

        First apartment I ever resigned my lease at! I enjoy the quietness and you can’t beat the location. Hoping for new pool chairs though and that the women’s sauna door gets fixed.
