We understand it can be frustrating when things break or need repair. With a community that is a few years old and actively lived in, some wear is expected over time. Many of the features in our community are custom-made, which means certain repairs do require specialized vendors that can take a bit longer to coordinate. We do our best to keep residents informed by sending email updates and posting signage when amenities are temporarily unavailable. If you’re ever unsure or need more information, our office team is always here to help—by phone, email, or in person. We didn’t see any outreach from you, but we’d be more than happy to assist directly anytime. Regarding noise, our buildings are wood-framed as advertised, which means sound can carry more than in concrete structures. If noise sensitivity is a concern, we typically ...recommend top-floor apartments, and we’d be happy to discuss transfer options if that might be a better fit for you. If noise levels go beyond what's normal, we absolutely want to help—just let us know, and we’ll address it right away. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us so we can support you better.
