Not a very great place.
April 7, 2023The apartment is tidy and well-kept. However, this has only positive implications. Not supportive management. Alarms sound almost constantly. Expensive in relation to its value. It is not very convenient to pay rent or register a vehicle. Their website/client for payments and registrations is frequently changed. High maintenance expenditures. Worst place to live
December 20, 2022This is the worst place by far apartment is full of mold the staff is extremely unprofessional no one takes accountability and if you bring something up they will just tell you that you can leave! Do not move here!
January 5, 2022Worst apartments in the DFW. Overall quality of construction looks like it was done by a child and that would be an insult to any child. Fire alarms constantly go off at 7am and last for hours. And good luck complaining to the office because not a single one of them will do anything about it! Garage and buildings have a terrible stench of weed like you are living in a trap house instead of “ luxury apartments “. Lastly majority of the building is under construction and has been since 2019, SO ...PLEASE DO NOT PAY ANY DEPOSIT WITH EXPECTATION OF MOVING IN ON THE “ estimated move in date “ because the construction team is the worst I have ever seen and you will literally have you displaced for months and months! Please save yourself the time and hassle of moving to this terrible community.Property Manager Responded
