Saturday, May 17th we showed up to our tour 15 minutes early. We drove three hours to tour and they didn’t even show up until nearly ten minutes after it was supposed to start. He was busy with a walk in tour, which I understand working them in but if we schedule one and then you show up late, that is completely unprofessional and rude. Not just that though, they didn’t even have the floor plan available to tour that we were interested in, which made it completely pointless in coming. I can watch ...
the youtube video from my house. Would not schedule a tour here, they clearly won’t prioritize your time. Also, the phone system sucks and called both of our numbers spam and used AI only with no way to talk to anybody is just horrible.

$350 application “overhead” fee

Yes, not $35, but $350. The terms and conditions state “applicant shall pay to landlord an application fee of $35.00 (per applicant) and an administrative fee of $349.00...applicant further agrees that the $35.00 fee and the $349.00 administrative fee are meant to cover the overhead cost associated with processing such application. They then go on to state that the $35.00 fee is non-refundable and the $349.00 will only be refunded if the application is rejected and will not be applied to the ...
