Saturday, May 17th we showed up to our tour 15 minutes early. We drove three hours to tour and they didn’t even show up until nearly ten minutes after it was supposed to start. He was busy with a walk in tour, which I understand working them in but if we schedule one and then you show up late, that is completely unprofessional and rude. Not just that though, they didn’t even have the floor plan available to tour that we were interested in, which made it completely pointless in coming. I can watch ...

The terms and conditions state “applicant shall pay to landlord an application fee of $35.00 (per applicant) and an administrative fee of $349.00...applicant further agrees that the $35.00 fee and the $349.00 administrative fee are meant to cover the overhead cost associated with processing such application.
