I’m really enjoying living at RAJ so far! Everyone at the leasing office and maintenance team is so nice and helpful and the neighbors are also really friendly. It’s so refreshing being surrounded by people that also care about the property and leave it clean for others to enjoy (whether in the common areas, halls, patio, or dog park). The amenities are also great. Moving here was definitely the right choice.

Fantastic atmosphere, kind staff. Some residents are a bit rude as they take up hallways and refuse to move when walking… I have to squeeze against the wall. Their children have blocked my path before and do not move/are ignorant to those around them. Unfortunately traffic near my apartment can be quite loud (trucks Jake braking) and some residents as of recent have been leaving trash around the complex, or not pushing their trash properly down the garbage chutes and clogging it. Other than this, ...

I have never lived in a better community. The community is well maintained, they have monthly events, food trucks come, all the things! Above all the staff, every single one of them, are the nicest people.

Nice apartments and very clean building. The apartment is very nice with a huge closet and nice kitchen appliances. There is an excellent gym, large pool, and a pool table. The staff are great and courteous. I love that there is a secure parking garage.

I love living here! The amenities, the resident events, the promptness to questions and concerns is impeccable. I also like that I’m 20-25 minutes away from major cities. 15 minutes away from great shopping and restaurants.
