August 30, 2025This is the third place I have lived in since moving to MD almost 10 years ago. And I will say that this is the best place I have lived in. For one, the place is very quiet. I cannot hear my neighbors, which was totally different than where I was before. You can tell management really cares about it's residents. And I really appreciate them enforcing the no-smoking policy, because not everyone wants to be around that. The amenities are great and the maintenance staff are very responsive. The only ...way I would move is if I buy a house or took a job outside the state. Highly recommend this community.Property Manager Responded

July 24, 2025I’ve lived at the Annapolis Junction Apartments for several years now, and it’s truly been a great experience. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed by both the management team and the community. The building is modern, secure, and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that make day-to-day living convenient and comfortable. The location is ideal — tucked in a quiet area but still close to major highways, shopping, and dining. Whether I’m heading to DC, Baltimore, or nearby local ...spots, the commute is easy. The staff has always been friendly, responsive, and professional. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is kept clean and attractive year-round. One of the things I appreciate most is the sense of peace and safety here. It’s a great environment for anyone looking for a place that feels both stylish and homey.
