On 11/3/25, my brother and I stopped by just to schedule a tour, and we ended up falling in love — not only with the community but with Bobbie as well! There’s nothing better than knowing the people who manage and care for your building genuinely love what they do, the people they work with, and the residents they serve. The building itself offers so much — from garage parking on every floor to the theater rooms and even visitor suites. We ...toured three apartments, and we loved each one. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was Bobbie and the way she made us feel at home from the very moment she greeted us at the door. Excellent place to live
November 3, 2025The staff (Bobbie, Tamika, Devon, Rod, and many others) are courteous, responsive, and helpful. They frequent have free events for residents such as trivia and holiday themed get-togethers which are nice for getting to know your fellow residents. The location is great as well. Great place to live
November 3, 2025I have lived here for about a year and a half and have had a good experience. Maintenance has always been very prompt and responsive and typically fixes an issue within a day. October 24, 2025I'll start from the initial meetin/tour. Tamika was pleasant, informative and patient. The first apt was lovely but not what I was looking for. She contacted me when another apt was available and was gracious enough to accommodate my wacky schedule. The maintenance and management teams are phenomenal. I submitted a request early one morning and maintenance was at my door an hour later! The staff are pleasant and accommodating. The common areas are clean and the trash room never smells. The ...hallways are quiet. The system for mail and packages is simple, safe and well monitored. There is plenty of parking and the garage is well lit. I told my friends that I'm never leaving. October 20, 2025My husband and I have been in a furnished unit since early summer while having a house built. This place has been great! Coming from our own home, we were somewhat hesitant. This place has proven to be a great choice. While the location is great, the building is super clean and accessible to coffee, snacks and beverages 24/7. They have a great calendar of events to keep you and the family entertained. All staff from when you walk in the front door to all the maintenance staff could not be ...more helpful. My situation has been quite challenging due to not knowing an exact date for completion of our home. I have reached out and changed plans multiple times in which I was lucky enough to work with Tamika. She made my stressful situation into an extremely manageable one. Tamika has helped me in working out an extended stay accommodation. She was very reassuring and responsive to all of my obstacles regarding my request. Thanks to all of you! You are family! Impossible to communicate with
March 5, 2025Took a couple weeks to even get a tour scheduled due to a lack of responsiveness. Once I arrived for my scheduled tour I could not get in contact with anyone and eventually just left after about 45 min. Bobbie is a nightmare to communicate with and even sounds like she hates her job the few times I was able to talk to her.Review from Apartments.com

VERY NOISY
July 13, 2024If you are looking for some type of peace and quiet then I would suggest you only rent on the 5th floor.. You may only hear the neighbors on either side and not hear what sounds like a bowling alley or marching band on top of your head. You will have to register your dog's poop, so they can identify your dog if he poops on the property. They conduct approximately five various mandatory inspections inside the apartment a year.Review from Apartments.com

January 2, 2022We have lived here for six months and have truly enjoyed this complex! Beautiful appliances and floor plans, quiet, nice location, and great price. Biggest cons are the trash room (often smells down the hall, but luckily we are further from it) and I wish the dog park was turf (very poorly maintained and don’t feel safe bringing my pup).
