January 16, 2026Packages Packages are being just left in the mail room or the hub. The packages that fit into a locker should be placed in a locker. Those larger packages use to be placed in the room in the mail room. The packages in the room could be picked up during office hours. The office staff unlocks the door during office hours. We need more secure way of our packages not being taken. It seems the problem is just getting worst.Review from Apartments.com

January 15, 2026Back patio My back patio doesn’t have grass or even fake grass like most units, I just have dirt and a patch of grass. So when it rain I have mud that wash upon my patio and when it’s dry and I come from the patio I’m bringing all that into my home. I ask if I could get fake or even some turf and was told no, but I have to pay rent on a place I can’t even be comfortable sitting on the patio.Review from Apartments.com
