Great place to live
November 9, 2020There are a few things that are hard to assess until you have lived in a place for a while and not many reviews touch on that are super important. 1. Noise level: i can hear my neighbors but wow is it faint, so faint its about as good as you can get in an apartment. Also there is a train nearby but if you weren’t told youd never know. 2. Internet: residencies has google and at&t fiber. 3. Layout quirks: 4th floor apartments get a private outside area if they look onto a court yard, good ...to know if you like outside areas. The staff is amazing, the apartments are quiet, beautiful grounds and great amenities. We’ve only been here a short time but it appears that the residents take pride in their apartment community and are respectful of others. AMAZING PLACE TO CALL HOME
January 24, 2019I relocated from Miami to Nashville and while looking for somewhere to live I came across The Residences of Capitol Hill. After researching multiple locations, this seemed to be the best fit. Once I actually moved in, I knew this was the best decision I could have made. This community is perfect. Residences at Capitol View
December 20, 2018Hello! I recently moved to Capitol View two months ago. The community around Capitol View is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and more retail stores coming soon (Publix next fall!). It's a beautiful area near the highway for ease of access. Also, approx. a 12-15 minute walk to Bridgestone and Broadway or $5 Uber/Lyft. Capitol View itself is a quaint community and rapidly growing after recently opening. Inside the units, the appliances and floor plans are clean and updated. I certainly ...enjoy having a free parking garage to safely park my vehicle (reserved spot can be purchased as well!). The last thing I'm waiting for is the additional amenities to be completed, but construction takes time and will be completed shortly! Lastly, the staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and accessible. I've worked with Emmie and Alyssa and they continue to provide exceptional service. So far so good
October 31, 2018Just moved here all the way from Baltimore. Apartment is awesome, great layout and beautiful new appliances. Our bathroom is huge and so is our balcony, which we have a pretty awesome view. I would have rated 5 stars but most of the amenities are not open yet. There are nice restaurants across the street, and there are businesses to open on the first floor including a Publix which will definitely make life easier. The staff have been so awesome with helping us move nearly 1,000 miles away which ...was super stressful. Alyssa and Emmie are amazing!Property Manager Responded

She listened to what we wanted and needed and gave us options to accommodate us; ultimately showing us a fantastic apartment we are going to love. Amazing Apartments and Even More Amazing Management!
October 20, 2018My fiancé and I came to visit Nashville, from Los Angeles, and we were recommended the Residences at Capitol View by our apartment locator. We met with Alyssa there and toured some apartment units and INSTANTLY FELL IN LOVE with the place. Alyssa and the rest of the management are SO friendly and truly cared about my fiancé as people and not just as dollar signs. We felt so at home there just during our tour that we came back the next day and secured a deposit! The application process was so ...incredibly smooth due to the wonderful care we received from Alyssa and the other managers there at Capitol View.
