The best place to live
October 31, 2024My husband, our baby and cat lived here for 3 years!!! We were so sad to leave but we were moving into a house. I cannot recommend this property enough. Highly Recommend Living Here
June 23, 2023I lived at this apartment complex for 5 years and highly recommend it. My apartment was comfortable, recently renovated, had tons of storage space, laundry within the building, and had friendly neighbors. There's plenty of parking space, the complex has a secluded feel being surrounded by trees on almost all sides, and you can walk to the lake or downtown Liverpool in minutes! Plus there's a cute lit-up covered bridge over a creek! Above all else though, management is great! They are very ...responsive, friendly, and helpful. December 6, 2022I have lived in this awesome place at Residents of Covered Bridge for more than 3 years. Extraordinary management Tina and all staff are super kind, super helpful, all staff treat everyone with respect. The application process was super smooth, the apartment neighborhood is super quiet, they are always improving, new windows and a nice pool and the staff always there fast when we need help from day one to the end of the long 3 year leasing. November 10, 2022I’ve lived here at Covered Bridge apartments for about 2 years and I’ve only had good experiences. It has always been very quiet here, which I have enjoyed. Management has been so helpful with everything I have ever needed, and maintenance has been as well. They have always been so quick to help me and I have appreciated them so much! Very attentive
April 29, 2022I’ve been living her for almost a year now and I have great things to say. Tina the property manager is the upmost sweetest person ever. Every time I have had a concern she sends someone over to fix it right away. She generally cares about the people that live here and she is like family. Dog friendly community which is awesome considering there is not many apartment complex’s around the Syracuse/ Liverpool area that allows dogs or pets in general. You get so much here for the amount of money you ...spend. Cheaper then other apartments in the area, but definitely not a dump. Excited About My New Home
April 29, 2022I recently moved into Covered Bridge and it was a great choice. When I moved to Syracuse, I had two colleagues immediately recommend it - they had lived here previously and missed it (only leaving to live with partners elsewhere). I now know why - Tina and the other staff at Covered Bridge are AMAZING. They are kind and responsive and have already made me feel at home. Great Property, Great Staff
February 8, 2022I’ve lived at Covered Bridge for almost two years and have nothing but great things to say about the staff, apartment, and area. Since day one Tina, the property manager, was extremely helpful and kind. Anytime something broke in the apartment, which was rare, she made sure to have maintenance come fix it. The staff is really willing to work with you and make sure you’re taken care of. The maintenance staff is also great. From the maintenance team to the ladies in the office, they have always greeted me excitement and made me feel like family. Leasing staff are fantastic and super responsive to questions/concerns. The community is well landscaped, clean, and pet friendly. Apartments are updated with natural colors for decorating. Resident for 2 years, and I loved it!
July 30, 2020I lived here for two years as a graduate student, and I loved it! Not only is it in a great area (close to the lake and village, near lots of restaurants, coffee houses, etc. that are only a 5-10 minute walk away), the apartment complex is also quiet and very scenic (with a nice view of the woods from the living room window that gave it a great ambiance). The staff is fantastic too! They are very friendly and eager to work with the residents who live there, and they are also quick to respond to ...any questions/concerns an individual may have. Finally, many of the residents have dogs or cats that are friendly and good around people/other animals, so it's a great place to be if you have a pet.
