My unit was clean at move in and they even provide a little gift of essentials when moving in. The only downside is there are no elevators so if you’re on the second floor or above, it’s a challenge to move in or out with larger items. Otherwise this is a very clean and nice property full of amenities. It’s close to shopping and convenient access to highways.
