March 2, 2026This property is very well maintained and staff are quick to respond to requests or answer questions. They have all been very helpful. My unit was clean at move in and they even provide a little gift of essentials when moving in. The only downside is there are no elevators so if you’re on the second floor or above, it’s a challenge to move in or out with larger items. Otherwise this is a very clean and nice property full of amenities. It’s close to shopping and convenient access to highways. Some routine daY and night issues of upstairs tenant..not normal...(sounds like a rowing or something) heard several times day and night..10 p to 2a Or 4a and continues. Does affect sleep so that I can get to work daily and refreshed. Only other issue is response to issues I report. Enjoy living here. Reasonable rent.Property Manager Responded
