August 29, 2025So far so good. Although my move in date was moved 3 times due to weather delays, I’m happy with my apartment. Not happy about Internet service, I don’t see the urgency with getting the mechanical room ready for ATT to install. Maintenance has been wonderful and promptly resolving.Property Manager Responded

August 8, 2025I really love living in this community—it's such a nice place! The vibe here is super chill, it’s clean, safe, and the neighbors are great. What makes it even better is Deshaun. Seriously, he's the best manager ever. Always super helpful, easy to talk to, and quick to fix anything that comes up. July 31, 2025It’s a pretty nice apartment community, and very freshly built. My immediate concerns are that I feel I can hear noise easily through walls in the building, and that in the signing process there was a lot of confusion and getting bombarded with all the services you’re getting signed up for without any explanation. I also wish the elevators were bigger. But at the end of the day, I got my unit and I like it so far. Excited for the pool coming up!Property Manager Responded
