Not a luxury at all!

Beware: daily issues with overflowing trash, roaches, broken gates, and dust inside units. Management and office staff are be rude, dismissive, and unresponsive to resident concerns and maintenance requests. Cecilia will retaliate and even will scold you if you complain.

So far so good. Although my move in date was moved 3 times due to weather delays, I’m happy with my apartment. Not happy about Internet service, I don’t see the urgency with getting the mechanical room ready for ATT to install. Maintenance has been wonderful and promptly resolving.

It’s a pretty nice apartment community, and very freshly built. My immediate concerns are that I feel I can hear noise easily through walls in the building, and that in the signing process there was a lot of confusion and getting bombarded with all the services you’re getting signed up for without any explanation. I also wish the elevators were bigger. But at the end of the day, I got my unit and I like it so far. Excited for the pool coming up!
