Gate issues and loud
September 16, 2025The front gates continue to be an issue, not only because they remain open with no sign of getting their upgrade, but because the exit gate track has been loose for months with no sign of fixing it. Every car that runs it over makes a loud rattling sound that every apartment in the front has to hear a million times a day and night. McDowell is a loud road which isn’t the apartments fault but something to keep in mind.Review from Apartments.com

August 28, 2025The community amenities are basically non existent. Gym hasn’t been 24 hours for at least a month not that it is much of a gym anyways. Told them about a parking situation and the car still continues to take two spots pretty much everyday. The features shown online are nicer than what’s actually in the apartments. July 22, 2025I still do not have full access to the community amenities nearly three months later. The interior door to the dog park sticks significantly and is extremely difficult to open. Additionally, I feel that my maintenance requests are not being properly addressed, as there has been little to no follow-up.
